Led by Linda Shinn, MBA, FASAE, CAE, the Consensus Management Group (CMG) is a consortium of management experts with extensive experience in hands-on consulting, facilitating and teaching.

Shinn holds a BA from Indiana University and an MBA and Honorary Doctorate from the University of Indianapolis.  Linda Shinn has served as a chief staff executive for state and national associations and foundations.  She has considerable experience in serving on volunteer boards as well.  Currently she is serving as President of the Indiana Society of Association Executives.  She is a member of the Indiana State Nurses Association, American Nurses Association,Indiana Society of Association Executives and American Society of Association Executives.  Shinn has been selected as a Fellow of the American Society of Association Executives.  Linda is an award winning executive and popular public speaker, trainer and author.
