CMG's expertise in professional association organizational leadership and management places it at the top of the class in having the resources to guide groups through difficult times. CMG came on board when the NJSNAs multiple problems seemed insurmountable. Upon completion of our search, we had learned a great deal about how to use our resources to advance the association, and thus our profession. I am deeply grateful for the gifts we received from CMG, and particularly for our good friend and colleague Linda Shinn, who is without equal in her role as a principal the firm.
